Refund policy

The Saree Shop Pty Ltd does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any items, including wedding, sale and reduced items. Please check all items carefully before leaving the store or accepting delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any item believed to have been damaged after collection.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major problem or fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law. For any concerns, please contact us or visit us in store at 42 Station Street East, Harris Park NSW 2150.

In-store pick up is available: you can collect your order from our Harris Park boutique.
